"Zebras: one natural, the other a carousel animal. As an artist, I can only paint what I feel deeply connected to. This painting surprised me! The meaning came later, after it was completed. Why this scene? Everything in there reminds me of childhood experiences, and I’m sure many subjects relate to your childhood too. What adventures we had! Most of us had dreams that didn’t seem unrealistic back then. But as we grew up, life got in the way, and our dreams burst like soap bubbles. What was your childhood dream?
