Du hast 30 Tage nach Erhalt deiner Bestellung Zeit, eine Rückgabe anzufordern.

Nach Genehmigung deiner Rückgabe senden wir dir ein Rücksendeetikett und alle weiteren Anweisungen zu.
Wichtig: Rücksendungen ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme können nicht akzeptiert werden.

📦 Schäden und Probleme

Bitte überprüfe deine Bestellung unmittelbar nach dem Erhalt. Falls der Artikel beschädigt ist, einen Defekt aufweist oder du einen falschen Artikel erhalten hast, kontaktiere uns bitte umgehend unter andrea-ramsel@outlook.com, damit wir eine Lösung finden können.

🚫 Ausnahmen / Nicht rückgabefähige Artikel

Folgende Artikel sind von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen:

• Verderbliche Waren (z. B. Lebensmittel, Blumen, Pflanzen)
• Personalisierte Artikel oder Sonderanfertigungen
• Hygieneprodukte (z. B. Kosmetik)
• Gefahrgut, entzündliche Flüssigkeiten oder Gase
• Reduzierte Artikel
• Geschenkgutscheine

🔁 Umtausch

Der schnellste Weg, ein neues Produkt zu erhalten, ist die Rückgabe des ursprünglichen Artikels und eine neue Bestellung nach Rückgabeannahme.

🇪🇺 Widerrufsrecht in der EU (14 Tage)

Bei Lieferungen in die EU hast du das Recht, deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen. Auch hier gilt:

• Ungetragen / unbenutzt
• Mit Etiketten
• In Originalverpackung
• Mit Quittung oder Kaufnachweis

💸 Rückerstattungen

Nachdem wir deine Rücksendung erhalten und geprüft haben, informieren wir dich über die Genehmigung deiner Rückerstattung.

Wird die Rückgabe akzeptiert, erfolgt die Rückzahlung automatisch auf deine ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode innerhalb von 10 Werktagen.

Bitte beachte, dass es etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann, bis deine Bank oder dein Zahlungsanbieter die Rückerstattung verarbeitet hat.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

📦 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)
• Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with standard returns, items must be:

💸 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
